玉葱は皮を何枚か剥がしたあと
オリーブ油を全体に塗り、粗塩をたっぷりまぶします
アルミホイルを敷いた天板に乗せて160度で1時間～放置
半分に切って器に盛り
塩少々、EXVオリーブ油をかけていただきます
じっくりひきだされた玉葱の甘みがウマ( ´艸｀)
ホントは150度で2時間くらい放置したいのですが
光熱費をケチってみました 汗
フレンチやイタリアンの付け合わせにもぴったりですよ♪
